Return & Refund Policy
Full Refund including Shipping Charges:
- The Order is not processed.
- The order is in process and being packed but not left our premises for Courier Handover.
- If the customer informs us of faulty products (within 5 days upon receipt for the order) and returns the products by their own.
- If a parcel is lost in transit
Full Refund without Shipping Charges:
- If an order is processed for delivery and then returned to us for a refund.
- If the customer informs us immediately upon receipt for the order (within 2 days) and returns the products in an unused and in the original packing.
- If parcel fails to be delivered to the customer, it is usually returned to us and we can refund after deducting shipping cost.
- We cannot refund or replace parcels that were not delivered because they were not picked up in time, or if we were given a wrong address.
- If a customer is entitled to a refund from us, we will process the refund through cash deposit/NEFT.
Special Case
If you find the product is not as ordered such orders are entitled to a refund full refund only after investigation or we will re-dispatch without shipping Cost.
Please contact us at sales@edutrang.com for any refund related issues. Refunds are initiated in 1-7 Business days after the refund claim is agreed by us. And may require upto 1-10 Business days to reflect in the customer’s account.
